太極勁力的三個訓練階段

沾粘先從抽絲起
滾錯則帶纏絲勁
揉身走化以螺旋

勁力
是一點一滴建立起來的
而且是紥根在身體結構的基礎下所完成的

太極拳的技術
以意領
以身帶
以步動
以手引
以肘變
以胯開
一動全動
中間,學問大的很。

2.Entangling Power(through the all tendons)
3.Spiraling Power (to move along the circle)
: To get completely the Tai Chi Powerby means ofthese three training phases

To stick & adhere someone on any spot in the body with “Reeling” power
Based on above, to control someone by rolling outany spot with “Entangling” power
To neutralize the external force by “Spiraling” power

Tai Chi Power is built up step by step and getsaccomplished based on the body structure and well-mind alignment.

The essentials of Tai Chi technique as follows:
To lead the movement by mind
To move by the whole solid body
To go forward/back/to the left/right by foot
To keep the traction by palms
To change your arms by elbow
Toexpand or contract the bodywith legs opened or closed

In a word, need to maintain connection from movement to movement & from time to time.
There are many “Know How” in it. Need to learn and study Tai Chi with the whole life.
